Morning went out went to see the pond took Iver with us. Afternoon stopped at home I began to make a chest of drawers. Evening first we saw some fireworks at the end we had some beautiful rockets that went of in different coloured sparks. We are going to stay up to see a rehearsal of the play. This has been a happy year many things have happened. I have got many knew [sic] cousins Billy and Gerald little Arthur Godman and lost one poor Kitty.
