very glad as he is extremely nice. Today it feels quite like Spring. We went out this morning and we have been taking the air on the roof this afternoon, which was the only place out of doors where we might go alone with shocking the feelings of Berlin! Tonight we go to another ball. All the Staff dines as it is Gerald's last evening. Ever your very affectionate daughter Gertrude
